Our online courses have been designed with a blended learning educational approach. It is a combination of online training and traditional Richemont technical school classes that require the physical presence of both student and teacher.
The training content is delivered online via an easy-to-use and interactive learning platform, allowing for flexible and personalised learning at home. You will be guided with interactive elements, videos and text to acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The program is designed to guide you step by step through the practical processes and allow you to complete the tasks independently. You learn the necessary skills and techniques through self-study – instructed by videos and teacher feedback.
During the campus week, your skill level will be tested and reviewed by Richemont subject teachers. Teachers work closely with you to improve your practical skills and identify any deficiencies. During the course you will be introduced to working with industrial machinery and operating with larger production volumes, training you for employment in a professional environment.
By studying ingredients and techniques methodically and understanding how the different production processes are interrelated, you will be able to create your own recipes and become true masters of your craft.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an official Richemont certification. This provides a solid professional foundation and a wide range of career opportunities, as well as access to various further trainings.
