We make world champions

Richemont Craft School coaches and trains the best professionals in Switzerland in the field of bakery and confectionery for the WorldSkills – the world’s largest vocational training event. After completing their apprenticeship in a training company, the young talents prepare themselves intensively and with great commitment at the Centre of Excellence in Lucerne – and with success!

At the WorldSkills Competition 2022 Special Edition in Lucerne, 23-year-old Juliana Thöny won the gold medal in the speciality of Pâtisserie and Confectionery and 21-year-old Vera Stocker the bronze medal in the speciality of Bakery. After Ramona Bolliger (gold in Abu Dhabi 2017) and Sonja Durrer (gold in Kazan 2019), Switzerland won a gold medal at the World Skills Championships for the third time in a row.

The four competitors are among the very best in their field worldwide. For them, taking part in such championships is a perfect start to their professional careers.
