Courses and consulting

The educational program comprised 83 different courses and seminars. The seminars, bakery and pastry section courses, annual sales and confectionery courses and the diploma courses were particularly well attended. The bakery department addressed current trends with courses such as “Whole Grain” and “Coeliac Disease”.

In addition to the successful production consulting services, retail services such as sales and management workshops, product presentations and customer surveys also saw an increase in demand.
