Occupation of additional premises not far from the main building for sales courses and seminars. The additional new workspace made it possible to further expand the course program with practical work by the course participants. The newly designed courses in the areas of deep-freezing, proofing stop, in-store packaging, etc. could thus be carried out optimally. A total of 5,533 people attended the approx. 190 courses.
In the area of consulting services, 132 business and technical consulting sessions and 38 special consulting sessions, mainly bread statistics, nutrient and energy value calculations, were provided.
