A total of 130 one-day and multi-day courses were held with 4,430 participants, and extraordinary courses were also held in Japan and England.
The section courses for women bakers, which were held for the first time, were generally well received.
The large number of courses could only be managed thanks to an expansion of the Craft School with a new training room, the establishment of a test bakery and a test laboratory. Ovens, machines, refrigeration and deep-freeze systems were replaced and in some cases supplemented.
