Vocational championships for a total of 60 professions were spread across 15 countries. Switzerland hosted the largest number of competitions. It hosted 13 of the 60 championships. Excitement, emotion and great performances &#8211; the championships were characterized by everything that makes them special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Highlights of the competitions in Lucerne<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Highlight Video WorldSkills 2022 Competition EN\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5X8eEpDt0eU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-unique-experience\">A unique experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 29 competitors from 18 different countries in the p\u00e2tisserie-confectionery and bakery disciplines demonstrated their expertise, creativity and commitment when implementing their programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juliana Th\u00f6ny confidently won the gold medal in p\u00e2tisserie and confectionery discipline at her home game at the Richemont Craft School.
